Production: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature for 16 days. Aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

View: Bright, clean, cherry red color with violet touches. 

Nose: Complex aroma with plenty of red and black fruit (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, ...). Toasted and mineral notes.

Taste: Round and structured with long aftertaste. 

Accompaniment: Grilled red meats, cheeses, mushrooms. 

Serving temperature: 14-16 ° C
