A wine that shows dare

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Viura and Verdejo.

Production: Fermentation at 12 °C in stainless-steel tanks. Aging on their fine lees for 3 months.

Tasting notes:

View: Bright, clean and pale yellow with a green border.

Nose: Very expressive, with fresh tropical fruit aromas such as pineapple, banana and grapefruit.

Taste:  Sweet-tooth, balanced acidity with an intense aftertaste. Very persistent.

Accompaniment: All kinds of seafood, rice.

Serving temperature: 6-8 ° C.
